UN38.3是指在聯合國針對危險品運輸專門制定的《聯合國危險物品運輸試驗和標準手冊》的第3部分38. 3款。

UN38.3refers to Section 38.3 of Part 3 of the United Nations Manual of Tests and Criteria for the Transport of Dangerous Goodsspecially formulated by the United Nations for the transport of dangerous goods.

要求鋰電池運輸前，必須要通過高度模擬、高低溫循環(huán)、振動試驗、沖擊試驗、 55℃外短路、撞擊試驗、過充電試驗、強制放電試驗，才能保證鋰電池運輸安全。

It is required that the lithium battery must passhigh simulation, high and low temperature cycle, vibration test, impact test, 55°C external short circuit, impact test, overcharge test, and forced discharge testbefore transportation to ensure the safety of lithium battery transportation.

IEC 62619

IEC 62619：儲能電池的國際安全標準，為工業(yè)用鋰蓄電池和鋰蓄電池組的安全要求和測試方法，目前許多國家對此標準有普遍要求。

IEC 62619: The international safety standardsfor energy storage batteries are the safety requirements and test methods for industrial lithium batteries and lithium battery packs. At present, many countries have general requirementsfor this standard.

化學品安全技術說明書：提供化學品的理化參數、燃爆性能、對健康的危害、安全使用貯存、泄漏處置、急救措施以及有關的法律法規(guī)等十六項內容。
